I understand that only the application fee will be deducted from the credit card provided upon submission of the application. In the event of membership approval, the remaining payment required will be deducted within 48 hours after being notified of approval for the quarterly or annually subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions will be drafted at the first of each month. I further understand that in the event that I choose for any reason not to join upon being notified of approval, I must request termination within 24 hours of being notified. It is the company’s policy to not issue a refund after payment is processed.
